Actresses Kate Jackson, Jaclyn Smith, and Cheryl Ladd reunited at PaleyFest LA on April 6, 2026, to mark the 50th anniversary of the hit TV series “Charlie’s Angels.”
But as photos from the event circulated, attention quickly shifted from celebration to scrutiny, particularly over how each star has changed over time.

Netizens React to the Cast’s Appearance
The trio — Jackson, Smith, and Ladd — who defined 1970s television glamour as Sabrina Duncan, Kelly Garrett, and Kris Munroe, appeared together at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, California, instantly sparking nostalgia, but it didn’t take long for attention to shift to something else entirely.
Reactions poured on Instagram, with some users sharply criticizing the actresses’ appearances.

“What the heck happened to Kate’s eyes and Cheryl’s mouth?” one commenter wrote. Another added, “They ruined their beautiful faces 😮,” while a third expressed shock, “The eyes!!! 😮😮😮😮”
Other netizens, however, pushed back against the criticism. “With so much scrutiny on women’s looks from media/public, no wonder they resort to drastic measure. The comments say it all,” one person wrote.
A different commenter defended the trio on the same platform, “These women are all at least in their mid 70’s and look FABULOUS!!! Who cares if they’ve had ‘work’ done??? I’ll be thrilled to age so well!!!”
But not everyone sees it that way — and the photos are fueling the discussion. See more below.
