Sterling asked my husband one question.
“Were you present when a nighttime medication was placed in your infant son’s syringe?”
My husband stared at the sealed prescription bottle. Then he looked at his mother.
She answered for him. “We were helping. His wife was exhausted and making everyone miserable.”
